'Turner and the Elements' brings together 88 work by JMW Turnerfrom the Tate's collection, many featuring Margate and the north Kent Coa st. The exhibition focuses on the theme of the elements in the artist's wor k and is divided into five sections: Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Fusion.13 May 'Hamish Fulton: Walk' brings together works by the artist from theearly 1970s to the present, including a new film of a group walk in Marga te commissioned by the Turner Contemporary in the lead up to the opening ofthe gallery.
