TheGuildhall School of Music & Drama is situated in the heart of the City of London and is internationally recognised as one of the leading conservatoires for training of stage managers and theatre technicians, actors and musicians.

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Head of Drama Administration. The successful candidate will actively manage and undertake the full range of administrative responsibilities in relation to the recruitment, admission and enrolment of students across all programmes in the Drama Department, including undergraduate, post-graduate and non-credit bearing programmes. In addition, the role holder will proactively provide support and participate in other areas including production and stakeholder management, quality enhancement and compliance responsibilities.

Previous administrative experience in a professional training/educational establishment is essential.  We need a highly organised, motivated, articulate individual with numerical and analytical approach and substantial experience in course/programme administration.

A comprehensive understanding of arts education together with excellent organisational, communication skills and ability to meet deadlines are required to deal with the demands of the job.
