The exhibition focuses on Roth's diaries with his personal writ ing as its central theme. The diaries served as a space to record appointme nts, addresses, lists and deadlines but also drawings, photographs and p oems. The show brings Roth’s diaries to London for the first time as well a s the hand-produced, photocopied ‘copybooks’ he made from them and two maj or installation works.
