Quick! Win tickets for the London Art Fair

For great British art under one roof

Whether you’re interested in buying, just looking or attending one of the many talks and events, the London Art Fair is the place to be over the next few days if you’re keen on modern and contemporary British art.

theartsdesk has two pairs of tickets to give away which can be used for the duration of the fair. In addition to both the main fair, which features 128 galleries specialising in modern British art, and Art Projects, featuring curated displays of contemporary British art, the London Art Fair is partnering with Chichester-based Pallant House Gallery, a museum with one of the strongest collections of modern British art in the UK. The Figure in Modern British Art features work from the museum’s permanent collection, including paintings by Walter Sickert, Graham Sutherland and Lucian Freud (main picture).

And on Saturday, theartsdesk panel discussion Is it Real? will be asking: what exactly it is that we value so much about original works of art and can convincing copies ever be considered as good as the real thing. What can answers to these questions tell us about the real value of art? Joining me will be theartsdesk art critic Florence Hallett and Telegraph art critic Mark Hudson

To win tickets just answer the following question:

Name the American conceptual artist known for copying seminal works by other artists, including Warhol’s silkscreens and Jasper Johns’ flag.

Email your answer to Fisun.Guner@theartsdesk.com, giving your full name, by midnight tonight.
