Andrew Graham-Dixon's new survey of a neglected continent

If Andrew Graham-Dixon's arts career ever goes belly-up, there is surely a microphone with his name on it at Radio 4, so warm and confident and trustworthy is his voice. Judging, however, by his new three-part programme on BBC Four, The Art of Russia, there is no chance of this happening soon.

An ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS series. Big big thank-you for it! Can I please obtain it on DVD? A's feelings described after leaving the church after the service and the intensity of relating to the icons by people brought tears to my heart again, because that's exactly how I felt after a similar experience some years ago...... As for modern russian art, I didn't think I'd last beyond 5 mins, but A is SO GOOD at explaining/interpreting that I stayed and learned SO MUCH. THANK YOU. DVD HOW PLEASE??

Hello, I was just wondering when the DVD for "Art of Russia" will become available. Thanks in advance for any info. Best, Dr. Harry Lerner

I would like to find the recording containing the liturgical russian orthodox choir piece backing the Icon/mass/church section of "Out of the Forest".

Please can you let me know where I can get the DVD ?

Hello, this series was my first "Art of...." that I ever saw, though not my last. I really enjoyed this series. Can anyone please tell me what the music is at position 48:10 in episode 2? That is the scene with Fabergé eggs of Nicholas 2nd. Haunting music. J
