Undergraduate Programme Officer
The Royal Academy of Dance is a dynamic organisation dedicated to advancing standards of dance education and teaching, and to promoting and investing in the development of dance worldwide. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the form of an Undergraduate Programme Officer in the Faculty of Education. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the management and delivery of two undergraduate programmes of study within an active education department working closely with staff and students to ensure that the programmes are delivered to the highest standard in an efficient and professional manner.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience of operating administrative procedures within an office environment (ideally in a higher or further education context). You may also have previous experience for producing agendas, distributing papers and writing minutes for committee meetings (or similar).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, strong analytical and IT skills (MS office), excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work to deadlines are essential. Confidence when dealing with enquiries from the general public, colleagues and students, and experience of working with a website content management system are also required.
