The Royal College of Music, situated in South Kensington, is one of Britain’s leading conservatoires, providing specialised musical education and professional training at the highest international level for performers and composers.

An opportunity has arisen for a House Manager (part-time) to provide full Front of House management duties for all venues and events held at the RCM. This is a key customer-facing role, representing the RCM to all Stakeholders using facilities such as the prestigious 390 seat Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall and 400 seat Britten Theatre. The post holder will work with many College departments and will be crucial in supporting College business and academic activities through the House Manager Role.

The successful candidate will have a strong Front of House (duty) management background, be customer focused and have excellent administrative skills.

An ability to confidently and efficiently communicate at all management and departmental levels is essential.
