Examinations Operations Manager
The Royal Academy of Dance is a dynamic organisation dedicated to advancing standards of dance education and teaching, and to promoting and investing in the development of dance worldwide. The RAD is a recognised Awarding Organisation offering qualifications to approximately 230,000 candidates per year.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the form of an Examinations Operations Manager. In this full-time role, reporting to the Head of Examinations, you will be responsible for the management of the operational activities and communications related to Graded and Vocational Graded Examinations worldwide.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have considerable experience of developing administrative processes and procedures ideally in a dance or examinations field. Substantial experience of people management including the training and support of colleagues is also required. Knowledge of financial management procedures including budget preparation would be useful.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, strong analytical and IT skills (MS office), excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines are essential. Fluency in a second language (written or spoken) would be helpful, but not essential.
