An exciting opportunity has arisen in the form of a Programmes Administration Manager in the Faculty of Education. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of two international programmes of study working closely with staff and students to ensure that the programmes are delivered to the highest standard in an efficient, timely and professional manner.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have substantial experience of working in an administrative capacity in education or arts management and ideally in a higher or further education context. Experience of communicating with users in a front-line activity or project internationally would also be an advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, strong analytical and IT skills (MS office), excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines are essential. Ability to use initiative, work independently, have the confidence to make decisions and experience of working with a website content management system are also necessary. Fluency in a second language (written or spoken) would be helpful, but not essential.
